Method of using:
For making Malt/Porridge/Ganji using plain water
1. Add a little quality (1/4 spoon) to 50 ml cold water and dilute it first.
2. Add 1 spoon of malt powder to this mixture add a glass of water and bring it to boil for 2 minutes in a slow flame. Add jaggery as per your taste.
For making Malt/Porridge/Ganji using milk
1. Add a little quality (1/4 spoon) to 50 ml cold milk and dilute it first.
2. Add 1 spoon of malt powder to this mixture add a glass of milk and bring it to boil for 2 minutes in a slow flame. Add jaggery as per your taste.
For making millet malt laddu's
.
1. Make a syrup of jaggery as per your needs. Take about 100 gms of jaggery add 200 ml of water and make a syrup by heating over a pan.
2. Let the mixture cool down.
3. Once cooled, add malt power to make consistent dough.
4. Make small laddu's and roll them over some seeds/nuts of your choice.
5. Allow them to dry for a couple of hours.
6. Once they are a little hard and in laddu form store them in a air tight container and jar.
7. Use them within a week's time.
