Can be used in

1: Instant Dosa- Add water to 1 cup of Multigrain mix to get a consistency of dosa

batter. Add salt, Jeera, Sesame seeds, Ajwain seeds, finely chopped coriander, onion, green chillies. Pour this batter on hot dosa pan to get instant and healthy dosas.

2: Roti/ Thalipeeth: Add 2 portions Multigrain mix to 1 portion of Rice flour/ Jowar flour. Add desired grated vegetables like Carrots, Onions, Cucumber or any leafy vegetables, Salt, Sesame seeds, Ajwain seeds, Jaggery powder, finely chopped coriander and knead this into a doughto make Rotis or Thalipeeths.

3: Bhajjis/Pakodas/ Paddus: Use 2 portions of Multigrain mix to 1 portion of fermented batter to make Paddus. Use this Multigrain mix to make healthy Bhajjis/ Pakodas too.

4: Alternative for cakes and Muffins- Add this superhealthy Multigrain mix to cakes and Muffins instead of Maida.
