Our Metkut is an authentic Maharashtrian & North Karnataka spice powder made from fenugreek seeds, byadgi chili, coriander, chana dal, black peas, multiple kinds of cereals, pulses, cumin seeds, salt and asafoetida that can be consumed with rice and ghee, chapati, and ghee or curds, as a chutney powder with Idli/Dosa, for making bread toast, metkut curry with hot kichadi or rice.
How to eat : Sprinkle on hot rice, add ghee and enjoy. (Can also add in curd and eat with Bhakri/ roti.)
